Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping availability may vary by product, supplier, and delivery destination. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product cannot be delivered to the address provided.

Furniture and oversized merchandise may have different shipping costs or delivery requirements than smaller décor and workspace items.

Any available free shipping offers may be subject to product, supplier, or location restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, high order volumes, supplier processing times, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Oak & Ivory will make reasonable efforts to provide available tracking and order information.

Furniture and Oversized Deliveries

Furniture and oversized products may be shipped using different carriers or delivery methods.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, delivery does not include assembly, installation, room-of-choice placement, or white-glove delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and ensuring the item can fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other access points at the delivery location.

Additional delivery requirements may apply to certain oversized products.

Multiple Shipments

Because Oak & Ivory works with multiple supplier and fulfillment partners, products within the same order may ship separately.

You may receive multiple packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates for a single order.

Separate shipments do not necessarily indicate that an item is missing from your order.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Oak & Ivory is not responsible for delivery issues or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information, except where otherwise required by law.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Oak & Ivory as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact Oak & Ivory.

We will review the available order and tracking information and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner or carrier when necessary.

Carrier investigations and resolutions may require additional processing time.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Oak & Ivory promptly. Please retain the product and all original packaging and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.

Do not discard damaged items or packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Refused or Undeliverable Deliveries

Orders that are refused, returned to the sender, or determined to be undeliverable may be subject to return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other applicable charges.
