Return Requests

To begin a return request, please contact Oak & Ivory within 14 days of delivery.

Because Oak & Ivory products are fulfilled by trusted supplier partners, return eligibility, return windows, shipping costs, restocking fees, and return instructions may vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee return approval. We will review your order and provide the appropriate return options and instructions based on the product purchased.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Items that have been assembled, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture and oversized products may have specific return requirements due to their size, weight, and shipping method.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Please do not return furniture or oversized merchandise without first contacting Oak & Ivory. Approved return instructions and the appropriate return destination will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Oak & Ivory promptly. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Please retain all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

We will review the issue and work with the appropriate fulfillment partner to determine the available resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Assembled, installed, or used furniture
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Items specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund when applicable and permitted by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Oak & Ivory as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, been processed by a supplier, or shipped.

Return Shipping

Do not ship a return to the address listed on your original package without receiving return instructions from Oak & Ivory.

Because our products may be fulfilled by different supplier partners, approved returns must be sent to the return destination provided by Oak & Ivory.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
